Step by step
The Department Manager conducts the technical interview,
evaluating and validating the candidate's technical skills
with specific questions, while keeping the position’s requirements in mind.
The People team conducts the cultural fit interview
to assess your values and behaviors against our company values.
To prepare, review our values and think of examples from your experience that demonstrate them,
along with examples that demonstrate your most outstanding skills
This assessment resembles the real work situation of your role,
and evaluates how candidates deal with different situations.
If the business case is positively evaluated, we will hold
a final interview with part of the team. This will give you
the opportunity to present your business case and address
any remaining questions.
We take everything into account to find the candidate that best fits,
and contact that candidate with their job offer.
Prior to your first day, you will receive all the important information
to get you started.

If all the stages are passed, the process takes an average of 4 weeks, including the revision of the CV, the Technical & Cultural interviews, the elaboration of the Business Case, the final interview and the final feedback.
Yes, if a candidate does not pass a stage of the selection process, we will communicate it as soon as possible, providing detailed feedback on why we believe the fit wasn’t ideal for the position.
